SPEAKER_01Hello, jinglers. Hello, crew. We've got a fun show today. We sure do. Here at Jingle All the Way, the number one amateur competitive jingle writing, sibling rivalry podcast in the country. Actually, scratch that. The world. Nay, the galaxy. That's exactly right. Um, Nay, the multiverse. Top that. Each episode, we write jingles for the same product. We perform them for one another, and then we let our listeners pick the winner. Each episode has four count them four segments. First, we announce the poll results and feedback from the prior week's contest. We move to Inspiration Corner where we dissect a current or former jingle. And then we unveil the jingles we wrote for this week's product. And finally, we leave it in your capable hands to decide, Heidi, what did I miss? Well, the only thing I think you missed, Bridget, is taking ownership of the fact that I believe last week you earned us our first E explicit rating. Wait, why? Do you remember Mr. Gibb? Uh make a shot, slap another E on this one. That's right, people. We're we are off the hook up here. We're all about pushing envelopes. Yeah, you uh I think you earned. I was surprised, I was shocked. I mean, I don't do those kinds of things. I I I believe in honoring the um name of the individual who was the um what producer slash owner creator of uh Red Bull as we know it today.
SPEAKER_00And in doing so, I was going to pronounce his name as intended. So I actually believe I didn't I did gave I was gonna say I I gave a solid to make it gave a solid.
SPEAKER_01Oh, everybody. Hey, speaking of, let's recap those Red Bull ads, shall we? Well, okay, okay. So um recapping our Red Bull ads, you go first because you were first last week. Ready said Red Bull. Very good. Um, excellent, excellent, wonderful. Mine was Red Bull Ganju. And we um there was another first last week. Another first. Because I got our first piece of hate mail.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_01We need to have to have music for that. We need to have music for that. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00It should be like hate mail, hate mail, you really hate us, hate mail.
SPEAKER_01Um so I came up with that on the spot. That's good. Um the yes, it was actually a friend of mine, and I will say um our new slogan, um, which we need to get behind, which is rage baiting our audience since 2026, it was Red Bull already has that as their slogan. Um, I'm voting for Heidi. And I was like, well, now hold on. I explained myself in the episode, but alas, I knew I was taking a risk, and I did. Yep. You took a risk and you put yourself out there. Uh, I agree, I agree with her sentiment, although I would have maybe packaged it a little differently. No, hate. We don't need me, hate. Come on, guys. Come on. But we're out here dorking it up for you, okay? There's well, one of us is. There's a third first. Yeah, the third first is that we tied, right? The third first is that we tied. We've never tied before. I don't know. No, we haven't tied before. No. Yeah, we what did we tie on? We uh we did tie before because you already said it was a first. That's why I thought you were going, and I was like, two firsts. Yeah. Oh. We tied before. We're gonna have to go back and rack up all of our so it's only a first first and a second first, and a second first, same as the first. Yes. Well, we're also about to spin into a true first. Oh. So let me lay it on you because I have inspo this week. Wait, okay, so so inspiration corner time. All right, lay it on me. All right. I'm gonna give you a hint. Okay. Are you ready? Did you hear me take that drink of water? I heard a little that's Bridget's prep. She took a little gulp of water. I was thirsty. Pressure was on. I was I thought I could get far enough away from the mic before you said something. And then I was like, oh no, you asked me for a direct question. All right, all right, hit me. What do we got? Okay, get ready to put your guessing hat on. Okay, it's on. Six and three is nine. Nine and nine is eighteen.
SPEAKER_00Six and three is nine. Nine. Look there, brother, baby. See what I mean. Hidey, hey.
SPEAKER_01Yes, today's episode is a love letter to the standout creativity, humor, and staying power of Chicago Advertising. Oh, yes. Shut up. Doors blown. Did I just hear a bar getting raised? You sure did. As you know, but our listeners may not know, our formative years were lived in Chicago. And even when we um later moved to the suburbs, most of our family was still in the city, including our dearest grandmothers. Um, and in high school and college, both of us friends were driving in all the time uh to the theaters, to the museums, to the lakefront, all the different concert venues, Cubs games, socks games, every different restaurant. I personally fell in love with the stuffed artichoke at Leona's and one stroke, three and a half hours home from school to get it. In my first department, I ordered Roselli's pizza so much I had it on speed dial. And at one point, they had hired a young nude delivery kid, and he delivered my pizza by carrying it tucked under his arm like a book, which meant that all the cheese slid off. Yeah, he was not in the right line of work. Anyway, after college, you and I both immediately moved back and stayed for quite some time. I was there about 13 years, you were there longer. So I'm gonna name nostalgic Chicago ads, just a handful of them. There are a lot, but I'm gonna name them and you're gonna sing them or talk them. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Can I proactively guess any of them? No, no, no, no, no. Because you'll know them all, I think. Maybe one or two might not, but these are all nostalgic-y ones. Okay. And you will, I'm gonna say it and you're going to then explain the ad. Okay. Wait, explain the ad. Well, explain it, sing it, whatever. Some of them might be, you'll get it. And our people out there will also, our listeners, if they are from Chicago, or the Burbs, because by the way, it is one big family in Chicago. Like it is. It is. So even if some of these were based in areas just outside of the city, but they were like Chicago Pride. Okay. So here we go. Okay, okay, okay. Victory Auto Records. Wait, there wasn't a song to Victory Auto Records. Right, that's why you're gonna explain. Tell me what the talking was. So this is just an ad, not just an ad. It's the ad. Just an ad. My goodness. It is the ad that you know made all ads. Um, it's the ad heard round the world. It is. So the car door falling off her. Yeah, so Victory Auto Records Auto Records was made in it, it looks like it was made in like 1979 with the style of clothes and the guy. Um, it's basically a gentleman who seems to be down on his luck. And he's on, I'm assuming, in the driveway or the street outside of his parents' house where he lives in the basement. I made all of these connections on my own. You don't know any of this, but like you do know. And his car is a clunker, and he doesn't know what to do with it, and he tries to open the door to the car, and then the handle, holding the handle, the entire car door comes off in his hand and falls on the floor. And then he uses his hand, but his hand has the biggest watch band you've ever seen. And at that point, the ad says what, Bridget? Victory Auto Wreckers. No, that old car is worth money. Worth money. Yes, that old car is worth money. Called Victory Auto Records. The voice over is the voice talent is Dean Richards, Chicago's own Dean Richards from WGN. That old car is worth money. Um, yes, I did know that that was Dean Richards. That old car is there. This one's gonna be harder for you because you're younger. Okay, but everybody else will remember. Give me the tagline and the thing that they say, Salozy and Edelson. Chevrolet. Oh my god. Salozy, right? Salozy and Edelson, where you get more Chevrolets. Oh my god. Where you always save more money. It's two guys, Salozi and Edelson. They're both holding up a statue. Where you always save more money. And it's at the corners of York and Roosevelt Road. That's what they say. Now, does anybody know what's currently at the corners of York and Roosevelt Road? I know that you're at the corner of Dork and Roosevelt Road. Oh, really? I'm not aware of that street, ma'am. So you don't know, is what you're saying. No, I have no idea. It's Memorial Hospital Roosevelt. Wait, what is it? It's Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, which has since changed names. I believe it's called like Endurance Health or something now, but that was a big deal because I remember I got a job at the clinic which predated the hospital. The hospital was built afterwards, and someone said, You realize this was the old site of the Silosian Edelston? I'm like, what? Because I everybody where you always save more. Save more money. I remember that, but hold on. How is that different than the diamond exchange where they're all waving? What do they say? That's the jewelry exchange. Bridget, my God, we've really unearthed the fact that your Chicago, your 80s nostalgic Chicago knowledge is not so great. So uh explain to me. I remember Silosian Ever Silosian Edelson Chevrolet, where you always save more money. I remember that. I do, but but the diamond exchange, the jewelry exchange. The jewelry park exchange in Village. That was up the road at Villa Park. So very close. I mean, literally, you could get between the two. And they would, if I remember correctly, they were all standing there waving. I don't remember what their tag was, though. I don't remember their tag, but I remember they were all sh, you know, I think they just said the name and were waving. All right, next one. Okay, wait, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. So far, you're zero for two. No, no, I'm I'm happy. Well, you all have you described. I'm point five and point five. Let's partial credit, partial credit. Um are you ready for the next one? Kind of. Yes, him. This one is the easiest thing. Peter Francis Geracy. Where we Nope. It's a one man Peter Francis Jerace. I'm always there for you. Come on. Hold on. Give me a hint. Give me a hint. Give me a hint. Give me one word. I'm okay. I already had that one, so partial credit. No, that's it. He just said, I'm Peter Francis Geracy.
SPEAKER_00Oh, that's it.
SPEAKER_01I see what I mean. You are sticking it up. That's a Losian Edelson is before my time. I'm Peter Francis Joracy. It's very different. Why didn't you pick Eagle Man? Why didn't you pick um a day? Then Bridget, you're jumping ahead. Son of a bee. Son of a bee is right. Can't you just go with the flow, Joe? Okay, I thought you only had three. I thought it was over and I was getting ready to complain. You had preloaded complaints. No, I've got a few more for you. Okay, okay, okay. Then Peter Francis Geracy, fun story. I went to a party with some friends in college, and they're like, Did you know this is Peter Francis Geracy's building? He also lives here. And I was like, get out! These were celebrities for us. I was like, you have to do it. I would have gone and knocked on his door. I absolutely would have gotten wasted and then gone and knocked on his door. And been like, I'm Bridget back. But no, what I would have done is I would have gone with someone else. And then when he opened the door, I would have ran away and left them standing there. See, I it's good that you share this with people so they know who you are. I didn't do stuff like that. Oh, that's all I did. All right, next one. This is gonna be ahead of your time, too. I think, maybe Adrianophers. Uh, do you have any real idea? Yeah, Adrian's. That's what I did. Nope. Feel the warmth and luxury, the you dessert. Andrea. It's hilarious. First of all, you have to look up the old Andriana furs because they were on Michigan Avenue. I remember the I remember they were on Michigan Avenue and they had the, it was the big escalator that went up, right? Yep. And they were like, remember the uh Seinfeld episode with Putty where he's wearing that fur and they're all kind of teasing him? These furs are like over the top. And some of them have like big Russian fur hats too, and they stroll around and it starts off like elegance, something, something, and then it launches into the field of wanting luxury, the yield, um, I remember the commercial had like a fade in and a fade out of like a woman's face with like a fur hat on. Yes, of giant fur hat. And then they were walking on a runway. And the thing was, it was such a memorable little jingle because I had no interest in wearing a fur coat. Like that always seemed kind of comical to me. I was like, well, come on. You know what I mean? Just wasn't my style. But God bless the people who want to, but ugh, to me, no. But I was like, I do love that jingle. Like it's a well done jingle. Well, I mean, hey, credit where credits a stopped clock is right twice a day. I don't know how that relates, but uh you can drag a dead mouse to church. Good. And that's a saying that our dad uses, yes. Yeah, he does, and no one understands what it means, but he does he does do that. Speaking of dad, he brought us home Victory Auto Record t-shirts. I remember that. I remember the Victory Auto Record T-shirt, yes. Because it's a dinosaur eating a car, which is a great logo thing. I mean, they did a wonderful, wonderful job with that ad. It was fantastic, and then it's like the guy handing him the money that's fanned out in his hand because they come and take your car. Yeah. Yeah. Um, the one you just named was Empire. Go for it. Oh, were you gonna do Empire? All right, love. So you just say Empire and I'll do it. 5882300 Empire. And fun fact, if you were of age in the well, 80s or 90s, or even thereafter, if you wanted to give somebody at a bar a fake number, not that I would ever do such a thing, you always gave them empire. Oh my god. How but what kind of bad behavior? How many bars were you in giving people fake empire numbers? I said not that I would do it. It's just what I hear people did. You heard tell that people did that? I did. I hear tell people did do that. I heard tell, although I don't know if people are are onto it now. Yeah, maybe. Last one, Bridget. Now there are a ton more. You're right about Eagle Man, you're right about the others, but I only put one more on my list because we would we would be here for hours. But the last one you may not remember, but I remember going through my little Sears catalog, circling things I wanted for Christmas, and grandma would say, Hey, we're gonna go to the brickyard to get some at the brickyard.
SPEAKER_00Do do do do the brickyard, your shopping center, the brickyard.
SPEAKER_01Nailed it on the brickyard. Yeah, the brickyard. Oh, I know the brickyard. Now I've got one for you. Yes. Okay, this is gonna this is gonna be a lightning round. Okay, and you have to do it in like one, two, three. Feldco. Oh man, uh I can see the tiles. Feldco. I'm gonna fail. I don't know. I can't sing it.
SPEAKER_00For quality windows, eight six six for Feldco.
SPEAKER_01Okay, got it. Okay. Um, okay, here we go. One, two, three. Luna. Luna. What's the number? Um, I don't know because I only would go to Empire. 7732 boo boo boo boop. Luna. Nice, very nice. Um is uh you the uh what's that one? You have a structured settlement, but that's not Chicago, is it? JG Rentworth.
SPEAKER_00You have a structured settlement. I don't remember that.
SPEAKER_01Uh I don't I do and they're all on the bus and they're singing opera. It's a newer one, but I I wondered if it's a Chicago base and you need cash now. Call me. Remember it? Uh uh. Uh yes, actually, I kind of do. She said falling down the stairs. I have a structured settlement and I need cash now. That's good. There was something else I was thinking of. Shoot, and I had it and I lost it. Well, um, it's my money and I want it now. That's not them, right? I don't remember if it starts that way. I know what you're talking about, but I don't know if that's also, and besides, I don't know that that's your Chicago one. I can't remember. But it's certainly in that same vein of um what think about other attorneys, though. Because there's all kinds of attorneys. Bridget, there's only Peter Francis Geracy. I'm Peter Francis Geracy. Um, what about call two two two twenty-two twenty-two? Glenn Lerner. Glenn Lerner is a lawyer. Glenn Lerner is a lawyer for you, but now as Lerner and like partners or learner and roe.
SPEAKER_00Lerner and roe are the lawyers for you. Call 222 222. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01I can remember numbers. I can remember things when they are set to music.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_01Which is probably why we're both so suited to this format of a wonderful show. Yeah. Well, I'm gonna wrap it up there because that was my love letter to Chicago. The Chicago vibe is real, which is why I also very much enjoy watching The Bear because they capture a lot of it without being like ham-handed about the whole thing. And they're just, it feels like Chicago. It feels very real. And I've now told all my colleagues that no matter what stressful situation I'm in, I can handle it because I've seen the Christmas episode of the before. Oh, yeah, that one is wild. And there's nothing more stressful.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm a little behind on the bear, but but I bear butt.
SPEAKER_01I'm a little behind that. I'm a little behind on the bear butt. Um, the transcript of this would be brilliant. Um, I'm not caught up on the bear, but I did see the Christmas episode, and you're right, that was intense. And um, it is a good show. I will give you the good show. Sometimes, though, I know I'm supposed to really like one of the chefs, but I always want to be like, shut up and stop freaking out about everything. And I know that like I'm like quit being so intense. Everybody chill. I will say it's not a good show to watch right before you go to sleep. Yeah, because you're really like, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I used to like we used to always be like, oh, well, we'll watch, you know, TV late at night, but then be like, let's watch Walking Dead or let's watch whatever.
SPEAKER_01And it's like, oh no, like you can't, it's a no. Well, I'll tell you what. Speaking of segues, I've got one into our uh jingle segment of tonight's program. All right, all right, sir. Let me go ahead and just get in the zone for my do some stretches over here.
SPEAKER_00I gotta get ready. Get in the car and drive. Who knows? Gonna end up at Trader Joe's. What kind of treasures will I find? Exploring with a piece of my savor in my favorites. Everything I'm craving it. Time to go where adventure grows. Find it all at Trader Joe's.
SPEAKER_01Love it. Very good. And I had originally started with something very similar. That's funny. Well, but tell me, there was one thing say it again. Don't um get in the car and drive. Who knows? Gonna end up at Trader Joe's. What kind of treasures will I find? Exploring with the peace of mind. Savoring my favorites, everything I'm craving. It's time to go where adventure grows. Wait, savoring my favorites. Everything I'm craving.
SPEAKER_00And I'm gonna do an all my favorites, everything I've crazy. They don't sell cigarettes.
SPEAKER_01But if you want dried fruit, then you bet. Then you bet. You've got plenty.
SPEAKER_00Um, everything I'm craving it. Time to go where adventure grows to find it all at Trader Joe's. So, you know, I went all over.
SPEAKER_01Um, and for the longest time, I was trying to do something. Well, my first, my first inclination this week, which I moved away from, my first inclination this week was to go with my original jingle, which I came up with on the spot, which was Trader Joe's. Heidi Blows. That was my first, and I was like, finally, I was like, Did I say everybody, everybody, I said she's gonna go in a weird direction, and she did. And she did. So I thought. At first, I was like, you know what? I'm just gonna submit that. Because other than people named Heidi, everybody would like it. And of people named Heidi, most of them would have a sense of humor about it. So I was like, well, maybe.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's a bold strategy. But I said, no, I moved past it reluctantly with a little bit of consternation, but I moved past it. The second one that I went for with a little bit of constipation. No, that was you. Then the second one that I went for was I was really going for like what you would shout at a market.
SPEAKER_00And so I had something along the lines of like trader joes, all the things you crave. But as you can tell, I really wanted to get crave in there.
SPEAKER_01And I just kept going to like when I will go back to the experience of Trader Joe's. I keep going back to, and by the way, if you see their brand detail, they're really big about exploring and discovering and finding these new, I mean, treasures, obviously being a big part of like the metaphor. Is it a metaphor? Is that what it is? So I came up with this. And the idea was like, you know, yeah, it's a little bit longer. It's a little bit of a song, but if you, you know, did just the end of it as an example, like there's a whole song between Choo Choo Charlie or all the other jingles, it would be time to go where adventure grows. Find it all at Trader Joe's. It's adventure, it's exploring. There's always something new or seasonal or different that you're finding there. That is the experience at Trader Joe's. Well, I like it. Like I say, I was close to you originally on that, but then I went just a little bit differently. And I was thinking, but I my frame of mind was the same that there's so much there, like not only the products, but like their recipes, their like different articles that they do, how you can kind of explore and find stuff that you probably aren't gonna find ever, in fact, won't find at every other store. So um, I then decided I'm like, I want, I don't know what they call it specifically in advertising, but when it's a little like a snippet that then you could put in front of like let's say the talking part of the ad was gonna be more seasonal. Like right now it's Halloween pieces, you know, Halloween treats and stuff like that. Then the holidays come, there so they may want to speak a different part of the ad, and then the singing would come up. So the singing would always be the catch-all. And it's um, but it could change, like so when spring comes, summer, summer blooms, like whatever they wanted to frame as their hey, we've got great buys on this, or we got whatever. So the singing piece is away we go, Trader Joe's. It's good. And that's it. And so then it's like, so it's talking about the same thing, the journey of getting at Trader Joe's, and then when you get in there, like, hey, away we go. I'm now finding new things. I'm gonna, I'm gonna buy something new or different, or I'm gonna go find my favorites, away we go, Trader Joe. You they could do it in a round. Away we go, away we go to Trader Joe's and hideous. Away we go. Yeah. You could do it in a round, away we go, away we go Trader Joe and Heidi Blows. Oh boy. You didn't catch it. It's a real shame. I was gonna keep doing it. I'm like, you're out there with like a real job, but you're so like you need so much help. A spider fell on my keyboard at my real job this week. Oh, yep, it's only funny until a spider falls on your keyboard. And what did you do? I will have you know that I flipped out. Yeah, that sounds right. Yeah, I did. It's true. Um, actually, Bridget, this reminds me of the all-time, and it is Halloween, so this is a little bit of a scary story. I went to the dentist and I was all the way leaned back in the chair, all the way back in the chair. And she had to put all these like like it was it was like molds. So you have to sit there with them. Oh, right. And she said to me, She's like, I'll just be in the other room. If you need me, just go, you know, I'll come back and check on you. But if you meet you just make like a little noise or, you know, hit the side of the chair and I'll come in, right? Because I had to sit there for a while. So next thing you know, she's still cleaning, like she's still getting herself out of the room, and there's a spider coming, right? And I'm all the way, I'm laying back the train. Is he above you? He is dead center above me where he's coming down and he's literally gonna be like on my neck or chin, and my mouth is propped open at the dentist, and I'm like, and I'm trying to do this stuff. Well, she's still in the room, and it's just coming straight down. It's like, it's like he decided he's like, This would be hilarious. And he said to his spider friends, like, you know what I'm gonna do? But I can't get out of the thing either because I'm way all the way back, and there's a tray over me. So I keep going like this. Uh huh. So she goes, What is it? Does it hurt? Is it this? Is it that? And I'm hurt. So I start pointing. Well, she goes, Oh my god, she sees it, she but she starts laughing because the humor of it. So she runs to the closet and she gets a broom out of the closet, the dentist office broom, and she's trying to use the stick to push it away from me, but then she's laughing so hard that she's like, and I'm like, ah, so I finally I flop out of the chair and like scramble away. And she's like, I got it, I got it. You're not supposed to do that. Yeah, well, you know what? Tell the spider. I tried to keep my face upright, but I had to slide out of the chair. Yeah, yeah. I would have done the I would have done the exact same thing. Yeah. She, I mean, she got the she finally got it with that, but she's not. She's not gonna not get Randy Jackson's autograph. What? From Step Brothers, I would have done the exact same thing. You're not gonna not get Randy Jackson's autograph. I would have done the exact same thing. Wow, that is impressive. I feel like I may have heard that story before. Well, I mean, that's a story that lives. That's and I forgot literally, like, you don't tell that story enough. I will say you are familiar with the time that mom saw a spider and it was also like coming down in her space, and she screamed so loud that she killed it from fright. No way. Yes, yes, way. She screamed that makes me kind of sad. I know me too. Right? That poor thing. Well, I will say that no spiders were harmed in this episode because when this big spider, and he was, I was watching him for the beginning part of the call, he was I noticed him on the ceiling. So I have a very, very keen spider. And so I noticed him on the ceiling, and I was like, as long as he stays there, and I'm like, I'm making my plan, I can get off this call, I can then have him safely escorted outside, but he's just got to stay where he is. And I'm watching it, I'm watching him. And I at least did say, because it was clear that I was distracted, and I said, There's a spider on the ceiling, I'm just keeping an eye on him, but it's okay. Situation right now is under control. I'm I'm monitoring it, but it's okay. And then as we were, we were taught it was a serious call. It was a business call. Okay. Business time. So, but then, and I see him start to say he's like six inches down from the ceiling, and I think like, ooh, that's not good. He's moving, he's moving, and he was real active, like he was hanging from the thread, but he was, you know, like, you know how their legs, they're like up, but they're like and and it looks like he's just like dancing, like dancing on his back. And I'm like, that's uh that's he's not Lionel Richie in that moment, is why. He absolutely was. He absolutely was. But then what must have happened is he lost his thread because he fell and he fell onto my keyboard, but then he was big and fast. It was those like whitish clear spiders, you know the one that I'm talking about, big, fast, whitish, clear spiders, but he was going to and fro on my keyboard. Oh no, I know, and so first of all, is it your first day on the job, spider?
SPEAKER_00You don't get to fall, those things he was so big that it made like a clank sound when he hit. He was metal, it was one of those metal spiders, and so he clanked.
SPEAKER_01Um, but he did not clank. Well, he did, he did kind of clink. That's what it sounded like. No, he clinked clank, sure you can. Anywho, go on. He clanked, he clanked, it's appropriate. So then he like rolled around, and he was he was definitely, you know, you know, shaken up from the whole incident. So he's roaming around and I got it taken care of, and I got him outside, and it's okay. You did get him. I had yeah, I had Court come get him. Court was on uh his own work call on another floor of the house with speakers on, and he heard me scream so loud that he said, I gotta go. And he ran up to see what was wrong. And the the biggest takeaway that we have is that we need a spider preparedness kit in every room. I told you a long time ago, when you were in that place that had vaulted ceilings before, you need a spider helmet. That was my idea. You did say spider helmet. You need a spider helmet. You could be like, no problem, I just need to put on my spider helmet and I'll be right there. Um, the what you really need is a broom with a shoe on it. And if I'm alone, I'll kill it because I I can't deal with the getting it outside piece, right? Like that I can't handle. But then what you need to do is you need to put the you have to, I have to work up a scream that gives me the power to do it. And so like a battle cry. I was gonna say maybe that's why they did that, because their fear was such. Well, one, they want to intimidate the other person, but maybe it shakes the fear of it. Oh, I think it absolutely does. Yeah, yeah. Okay. Well, boy howdy. Howdy boy. We've got a couple of really good, but again, kudos to the brand in a in a big way. I think we both honored the discovery piece of the brand. What I like about your jingle is that it is like it has this idea of what is it? Going. Away we go. Trader Joe. Straight or Joe. It feels like something that again could be like a 99 bottles of beer on the wall, like everybody could sing it at a party. You could sing it if you were on like a long bus ride, right? Yeah, it's quick, it's memorable, it captures a little bit of like their plucky kind of I don't know. That's jovial. Well, I'd say they're jovial. They have a good-natured they're like the comic sans of grocery stores. Yeah. No, you're making me think of the papyrus SNL skitch, which is one of the best. It's really a good one. Right. I mean, it's up there in the top. But wouldn't you say if Trader Joe's was a font of out of all the grocery stores, that they wouldn't be Comic Sans? I don't take themselves too seriously. They take their selves more seriously than Comic Sans. Okay. I mean, could be the Comic S. Name a more appropriate font? Yeah, you can't. That's a good question. I feel like they'd be. I'm looking at some on my computer now, and I feel like they'd be. No, they wouldn't be there. The only problem is Comic Sans. I'm looking at it now, and they use an example where they say kids corner, and the kids are too like in the Z. Right. But I can't help this the fact that other people like dumb it down. That doesn't well that's what it's there for. It's friendly, it's jovial, it's I like it. It's informal. I disagree, but I don't really, I don't know. I don't have enough. You can't come up with anything better.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Maybe it's maybe it's maybe it's Kermit Light. I'm on the Comic Sans Wikipedia page, and I'll tell you what, in addition to having the kids' corner spelled with K's and Z, they also have a picture of a defibrillator spelled in Comic Sans. Now there's something about that that seems like it just doesn't fit. Yeah, I have to agree. Like I'd be like, come on, guys, like come on, defibrillator. Like, you know, acknowledge the gravity of the situation. The leg scooped in eat a defibrillator. Yeah. Yeah, that doesn't work for me either. Yeah. Okay. So we're aligned on that much at least. Um, shall we align on whatever our product is going to be or brand next week? Let's figure that out. All right. Well, let's see. The first one that I saw was Cheerios. The one next to it, I happened to open up a picture of cereals. The one next to it is Cocoa Puffs. Let's do Cheerios. Let's do Cheerios. That was the first one. Oh, this will be good. I can do good stuff with Cheerios, I bet. Yeah, I think that's good. All right. So, um, well, jinglers and janglers, thanks for hanging with us. We hope you enjoy um oh an episode of firsts, an exploration, an adventure. Um, and hey, Trader Joe's, keep doing what you're doing. We love the brand. And um, until next time, jingle away. Cheerio. Ah.
